Commitment
Accessibility statement
LW Management Research Hub aims to be usable by everyone, including readers using assistive technology, keyboard navigation or reduced-motion settings.
Standards we work towards
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a practical baseline. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification, and issues are addressed as they are identified.
What is implemented
- Semantic HTML with a single H1 per page and a logical heading order.
- Descriptive alternative text on every content image.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, menus and interactive controls.
- Visible focus states and adequate target sizes on touch devices.
- Colour contrast tested in both light and dark themes.
- Full respect for the operating system reduced-motion preference.
- Content readable without JavaScript-dependent rendering of core text.
Themes and motion
A theme toggle is available in the header and your choice is remembered between visits. Animations are deliberately restrained, and all decorative motion is disabled automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
Known limitations
The market ticker updates automatically. It is marked as decorative for assistive technology and duplicates no essential information, but readers who find motion distracting can enable reduced motion to stop it.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier on any page, including the LW Management review, we treat it as an editorial defect and fix it under the same process described in our editorial policy.
